Our body goes through many changes as we begin to get older. We start to get wrinkles and fine lines, our hair starts to get gray, we can’t sleep, we’re not as energetic, our muscle strength weakens, etc. You probably get the picture. But even more worrisome than the physical changes is a decline in mental acuity. While some may take all of this as a mere sign of getting older, we don’t have to accept mental decline.
