Aging Well: It0s Never Too Late To Start
We begin to age as soon as we are born. Most of us, however, remain in denial of our body0s aging processes until they are simply too noticeable to miss. And by the time they are noticeable, we have already lost a lot of our opportunities to minimize them. Aging well means neither not aging, nor surrendering as soon as those signs of aging become unmistakable.
Aging well means properly caring for yurt body no matter what your age is, so that it will be able to counteract all the emotional and environmental stresses to which it is exposed as effectively and as long as possible.
Start Early
Aging will begins in childhood and adolescence, with good nutritional and exercise habits. Good nutritional and exercise habits do not mean, in spite of what the media idea of a good body image is, being obsesses with thinness. Good nutrition means that children and adolescents get plenty of nutritionally packed food to maintain their growth and develop strong musculoskeletal and cardio vascular systems. Good exercise means that they are active enough to develop healthy flexible joints and strong respiratory systems
